1. Q&A session with Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Topics of the Q&A session:
- macroeconomic priorities of the Government for 2026 and their impact on the technology sector;
- Modernization of labor legislation: European integration context and practical changes for employers and employees;
- the role of the IT industry in export growth and transformation of key sectors of the economy;
- the Ministry's digital initiatives and business expectations.
2. Panel discussion «Capital for growth: what opportunities are available to SMEs and IT companies in Ukraine».
Speakers:
- Oleksandr Melnychenko, Deputy Director of UkraineInvest;
- Oleksiy Dobronravov, Director of the Digital Economy Directorate at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine;

During the panel, we will discuss the priority sectors and types of companies for institutional investors in 2026, the effectiveness of existing financing mechanisms for product and R&D companies, in particular in the areas of deep tech and dual-use, practical approaches to business interaction with government and international institutions, as well as key barriers and restrictions to attracting investment in the current environment.
