The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has announced that it is accepting applications from EDI operators for connection to the system. Starting from December 2025, businesses will be able to use the electronic consignment note in practice.
For its part, Diia.City Union actively cooperated with the Ministry, EDI operators, and the business community to resume this important project. In particular:
- held a series of meetings with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and EDI operators;
- joined the development of a roadmap for the initiative;
- provided a presentation of business positions on technical readiness, the impact on workflow and the need for digitalization;
- involved donor organizations in discussing the possibility of resuming the project with their financial support.
We are convinced that eB/L is:
- a tangible business advantage that will reduce paperwork, save resources, and increase the speed and transparency of document flow.
- is a major step forward for the state in the fight against illegal transportation, road congestion and tax evasion.
