IT-Enterprise, a national leader in digital transformation of business and the public sector and a member of Diia.City Union, and Oschadbank, one of the country's largest banks, have started cooperation in the field of digitalization of HR processes.
The project is part of the bank's policy of digitalizing internal operations and improving the efficiency of human resources.
The IT-Enterprise digital solution will unite all stages of Oschadbank's recruitment - from identifying the need for specialists to closing vacancies - in a single digital environment. This will allow the bank to work with candidates faster, make processes transparent and provide management with full analytics of recruitment efficiency.

Previously, the bank used disparate tools to manage recruitment, which made centralized analysis and planning difficult. The implementation of the new digital system is expected to be completed in the coming months. During this period, the IT-Enterprise team will analyze current processes and model a new unified analytical system for recruiting.

The project for Oschadbank continues the line of IT-Enterprise digital HR solutions that have already been implemented in large companies in industry, energy, and the public sector. Previously, IT-Enterprise digitalized HR processes in a number of Ukrainian banking sector players, including the National Bank of Ukraine, Raiffeisen Bank, and Credit Agricole Bank.
